What Herald (Herald only) in DCNU can pull a majority or a split against Surfer?

As far as Captain Atom goes, no, i dont think he can pull the majority. I'd love to see the fight though, as i think he'd put some hurt on SS.

Imo, Sinestro, though I guess with Parallax it's debatable that he's simply herald level. Captain Atom is a solid choice but the DCNU version has issues with his atomic structure. Surfer's going to pick up on and exploit that early and often via CA.
