Wraith as I know so far is leagues beyond Clark.

And while 17 took down Superman with a sneak attack and surprised him with his power, eventually Superman beat him to death.

Now Nu-52 and Pre-Crisis are very different, but that should be taken into consideration that one is Clark's superior in every way, and another after a good showing or two was beaten to death by him.
