Obviously Tholme can't stand up to Sidious in staright combat, but Sidious has a lot of tactical blindness and Tholme can stick to the shadows and take him out with infiltration tactics and shit.

Its so vague that it covers every possible attack and thus Tholme is invincible due to OPness and shit.
