RKT, easily. Kyle as a white lantern was weaker then his old normal GL self, because of course Johns couldn't let the guy who single handedly fixed Hal's mess show him up, or make his other pet character Sinestro look bad.

Kyle's white lantern ring isn't the same as Blackest Night's white lantern ring. He didn't get it from the life entity, he got it from combining all the colors of the emotional spectrum, and it never showed the same powers as during Blackest Night (He never brought someone back to life, and the entity didn't speak to him as it did to white light users during Brightest Day.)

There are 2 scenarios then.

One for each version of White Lantern Kyle!

Present WL Kyle has codes of source wall and he casually erased the universe and brought it back to life.

And according to the writer its just a portion of his true power. So you can guess how powerful he is.

As stated before WL Kyle is beyond abstract, he is multiversal.

Yeah, WL Kyle has the Life Equation, which was stated to be a multiversal power according to Highfather.

Supposedly, he might fight Highfather, so we'll see how that goes.
