Everyone except Galan will agree on that the Living Tribunal would win. Then again Spectre wasn't found dead on the moon.

Are we sure that is the Living Tribunal though? I seriously doubt the multiverse could exist without his influence. Only One-Above-All can decide there was no longer a need for Living Tribunal. I blame Bendis. I blame him for everything wrong with marvel when shit goes sour with no explanations.
