yeah this would be a great battle. no one sweeps imo. close in each but i'd give bolt a 6/10 margin.

BB 7 or 8/10 his powers are just as exotic as Magneto's plus he has a completely superhuman physiology across the board.

I think Magneto can shield himself from the whisper (no PIS showings). So Magneto wins.
