Ok, I tried to limit the list to four but got a little carried away. Anywho here's the premise. Those 8 are fighting to the best of their abilities. There's no PIS/CIS. They are just going all out, but not being reckless or bloodlusted. Just fighting hard and intelligently. What's the highest level tiered character these guys could stop for the majority barring outside help, amps?

Yeah, is PIS/CIS off for their opponents as well? I'm assuming so. Because, yeah, they have great upper end feats. But they're HH for a reason. With equal considerations for the opponents, they'd each individually stop somewhere in the Trans. tier, with almost no shot at anyone higher. Tricks like what Thor pulled against Mercy provide occasional exceptions, but it's still a stretch to say any of them even have a biased fanboy chance at Skyfather or higher.

Or, wait, are they fighting in a group? Then we're talking Skyfather level. Any past that is into abstract and/or reality warping territory, so they're boned without PIS.

And Galactus would eat this team for lunch, provided he's fighting to his full abilities as well.

It's however you want to set it up. If their opponents are also CIS/PISless (maybe that should be made clearer), then yeah, Galactus would be overreach. Maybe (a no CIS/PIS) Thanos is the best answer.

Hyperion at his best tanked two Universes exploding on him and pushed two universes back with strength alone. No one is stopping him.

It could have been that the opposition wasn't as great as they were supposed to be, or that it was another large case of PIS. I recall Odin casually slapping the shit out of the Surfer, the end. If they fight to the best of their abilities they would wind up in the class that they were stated to be in, in the first place. Well as long as their opponents didn't object to giving it their all as well.

This. If say Surfer used all of his abilities and Thanos did the same they would still be in the same class

No because semi off panel, Thanos was able to take Tyrant's measure. He took major damage from Odin in a prolonged battle, while the Surfer could have been one shot smacked out by either. Thanos is above the High Herald tier. This has been proven on several different occasions.

I thought that was what you meant. That if they both went all out there would still be the same difference between them

Yes that's what im thinking yet some people feel surfer would get the best of thanos due to power versatility

He wouldn't because Thanos is nearly as vesatile, if not just as versatile as the Surfer. Surfer flies, Thanos uses magic. Thanos can ground the Surfer, the Surfer can't do anything about it.. etc. There are characters out there that have been labeled Trans but may not even be HH due to poor durability making them glass cannons. Doctor Strange, and those like him come to mind very often.

Thanos isn't close to being as versatile as Surfer but he is more powerful.

List both of their abilities.
