In this fight Batman takes on three Captain America villains and Captain America takes on three Batman villains straight up standard equipment nothing else.

Batman vs Cutthroat , Scarecrow, & Crossbones

Captain America vs Killer Croc, Talia Al Ghul, & David Cain

cap would take talia easy, croc and cain would give him a problem though,

bats could take all caps villains as well, crossbones might give him a problem if he could get the drop on him which i dont think he could

Scarecrow would be tough to beat along with the others

Cuttroat was trained by Taskmaster and uses adamantium bladed throwing weapons

Does MU Scarecrow still have all his augments that he got back in the 2nd Ghost Rider series?
