I watched this short black and white horror movie some years ago.
It's about a couple who visit a house for sale and get shown around the house by a woman. After they have viewed the house, and are about to leave in their car, the estate agent arrives to show them around the house. The couple tell the agent that they have already viewed the house but the agent explains that there is no one living in house to show them around.
The couple follow agent back into the house and point out to a picture of the woman who showed them around and is no where to be seen in the house. The agent explains that the picture is of the previous owner and they have been dead!!
