How long will it take Invincible to end the Zombie Apocalypse?

Mark could easily just kill everyone, but I doubt that's what you mean by ending the apocalypse.

technically that would work but he would have to kill everyone that has breathed the air because they are already infected before they turn. He needs to somehow cleanse the atmosphere of the airborne disease.
