Rom and K'lrt aren't GL level at all, Kilo can solo them both.

Baz can't cope with battle of this magnitude. He is too much of a liability for rest of the GL team to protect, I don't think they'd waste their time on him anyway. They'd probably gladly sacrifice him as a few seconds distraction for the Marvel players.

Probably the most powerful beings he has defeated are Dire Wraiths and their weapons/creatures, especially those with magic. He defeated Stardust/Starbender (not the herald) who was quite a powerful cosmic humanoid being who easily killed a bunch of Dire Wraiths.

He could have easily defeated or killed Jack of Hearts with his neutralizer, but he deliberately held back because he refused to kill even though Jack was trying to "shred" him.

Terrax was taken down by a handful of other lesser Spaceknights. Probably doesn't say much but it's some indication I guess.

Rom took point-blank eyeblast in the face and a pretty big hit from Gladiator, then came straight back and was briefly duking it out with him. But the fight was stopped there.

He was doing OK against the Thing in a brawl, but ended the fight by neutralizing the Thing back into Ben Grimm.

His energy neutralization is actually pretty formidable, coupled with his analyzer which can provide information, potential weaknesses etc.
