Trying to remember this movie I saw in either the late 70's or the 80's. It involves two Tweedledee/Dumb looking twins on a murderous rampage chasing down a young blond female either in an open field near a house or a farm or on the house or farm property with chains and beating her, maybe to death, with them. Help meeeee.
