What happens if a sorcerer whose specialty is draining magic comes across someone with an artifact whose sole purpose is to absorb and redirect energy? Could Doctor Strange just eat him?

I think Sise-Neg, especially toward the end of his journey, would be too much even for the Wings. This isn't a knock on the Wings, they are Uber as phuck.

I could be wrong though.
