I'd like to see Odin permanently lock up God and Satan in his universe and then create a new one.

Divine Sparn didn't recreate a universe, he created Earth. Plus god and satan in the Spawn U were depicted as barely competent bickering children, that couldn't free themselves from mortal forms.

Spawn never created any universes; he just sealed them in another dimension, and nothing to suggest that he was the one who created it.

It was also blatantly shown that that all he recreated was the Earth and nothing more. And if you're somehow suggesting that locking God and Satan is a good enough feat to put him above Odin, then it's not. Because both of them are literally nothing compared to Odin.
