Hell, Thanos just being there would probably make Vulcan more powerful since Thanos is a professional at using and dishing out energy attacks. To the point that he was able to absorb 'black bolts scream directly in the face'. Hell, he even matched Havok power 'after Havok fed on a STAR'. Like I've said, based off fts, Vulcan is dangerous, very dangerous.
