Would One Sith have gone to war with the GA?

In Inferno there is the scene where Alema Rar goes into the One Sith enclave on Korriban, and speaks with White eyes and the other Sith. If Caedus had succeeded in killing Luke and destroying the Jedi, would there have been a conflict between One Sith and the GA? Couldn't Caedus and the GA just wipe One Sith out as they were still developing, or would it have taken a while for him to notice Krayt's empire?

Krayt at the time, had no Empire, was still in hiding, building his order on Korriban, waiting for a chance to strike or an opportunity to set up a chance to strike. And Caedus does not know he's got an order in hiding- Caedus only had vague premonitions of the Dark Man, that's all.

And there is a matter that if Caedus wipes out the Jedi, he doesn't have much backing him. Rather than a war, it may be a matter of Caedus a half-dozen of the most powerful OS attacking Caedus personally and trying to seize control of the GA.

Caedus on his own or with just an apprentice is a far easier target than the whole Jedi Order, to be sure.

It's not likely to be a conventional military war in any case.

I do wonder... what would happen if Caedus trained Allana...
