I'd always be afraid of Spectre, but him WITH logoz? I don't know. Is he going to throw a plastic version of his logo at my face, sort of like Superman did in Superman 2 the movie?

Logoz was a temporary amp Hal-Spectre received which allowed him to directly access the Presence's power. so based on that, i don't think there's a clear answer to this thread. Although it was continually pointed out that Hal doesn't use Spectre's full potential.

My answer is that it could go either way.
