Can Carol take down Ben?

NOT on her life

Of she keeps her distance, uses ranged attacks, and hits and runs, Ms. M can win.
If she lets herself get into any prolonged close up exchange? No.

She holds all the advantages aside from Heart.

Faster, Flight, Energy attacks(that can hurt Ben), Base strength near enough to his to hurt him, and she can amp further.

All she has to do is fight smart and take advantage of the fact that Ben's only advantage is strength/durability, but can be overcome.
