The scenario: a group of Gotham's deadliest rogues banded together and succeeded in killing Batman... but they didn't include the JOKER in their plans.

Now Joker is miserable. He realizes that his life is empty without the Batman to antagonize and nothing else can take his place. Also, he wants revenge on the rogues for killing his Batman and not even asking first.

Joker's insane mind comes up with a twisted solution to both his problems: first he will bring back Batman the only way he can - by becoming the Batman and carrying on his name. Then, as Batman he will take down the rogues continue Batman's war on crime.

Joker gets the batsuit, all equipment, the batcave etc.

Can the new caped crusader wipe out crime in Gotham - everyone from Penguin and Riddler to the Court of Owls and Bane - or will crime take him down?
