If skilled is not defined as fighting capability, R2 D2 is the best there is at what he does, even if what he does isn't fight.

If skilled includes fighter pilots, then Wedge Antilles and Rogue Squadron deserve a nod.

No Calo Nord, HK-47, Grand Champion, Commander Malcom, Durge, Cad Bane, or Captian Fordo?

None of whom could take Wedge in ship to ship combat, so define what you mean by skilled.

Duelists: General Grievous, Ulic Quel Droma, Pre Vizsla

Marksmen: Boba Fett, Jango Fett, Scree, Cad Bane, etc.

HK-47 > Cad Bane, IMO.
