Every single one of your threads has a Dracula trolling agenda. You don't get to pull defense when someone questions it. It'd be like you making a thread about the best powerup in comics and somehow Dracula's bite sneaks in there. You're certainly putting him there for legitimate reasons

Batman - he appears in so many books all the time, has a huge number of feats, and has outsmarted so many foes from street to cosmic, ranging from believable to complete PIS. Plus it's just his daily routine to be cunning. It's hard not to justify the number one spot.

Lex - continues to do a lot of cunning things

Doom - he just hasn't had many good stories in recent years. Marvel don't handle him very well anymore IMO, so he's slipped.

Grandmaster - was outwitted by one of Thanos' simplistic ploys
Dracula - sneaky and cunning enough, but not really at the big scale.
