neutralizer was a bit of a plot device. if any of them could get there hands on rom he'd be in trouble. him and dhI would be good. 2 was certainly more powerful, just depends on how it would handle the neurtralizer beam. i don't know 3 all that well, but i know he wasn't LESS powerful than 2. presumably the neutralizer would at least weaken any of them. that would be enough to take out 1. 2 regenerates so quickly that i don't know if rom would be able to ko him. he could always bfr i guess. or could he return? digi? imo, without bfr 2 could take him. cool fights though.

Hmm, last time a Rom thread was made, it was argued he's only class 50 or so, but he was pretty much ignoring Luke Cage and Danny, gave Colossus and the Xmen a pretty good fight, and belted Savage Hulk a good one (Then Hulk got mad, of course).. Not to mention, lesser Knights Javalin and the guy with the big fist beat down Terrax, for what that's worth.

As for the neutralizer, it managed to neutralize an Iron Fist, but it failed to revert Hulk into Banner, so it does have limits.. I agree it should at least weaken them.

it also converted ben to human, briefly. rom is closer to cl75, than cl50 for sure. that's still a far cry from dh2 who is def a solid cl100, with some crazy weaponry. it would need to weaken dh2 quite a bit for rom to ko him given the damage soak sh2 can absorb and his regen skills. he would have a chance, but dh2 would def be the favored imo.
