Both have been portrayed as having situation specific equipment (proximity sensor for white martians/Asgardian arrows), and some silly things (bat shark repellant/Asgardian arrows).
I've read HEs described as a utility belt with better range. I've read where Bats has more unique things, like lock picks and computer uplinks....
