Really curious as to how Juggernaut's off the chart invulnerability stacks up against a PC powerhouse thats NOT superman.

Well Superman isn't the only PC powerhouse. But yeah, Validus wins. Too durable, doesn't even notice when PC Kryptonians try to attack him. Even Juggernaut on his best day couldn't do that.

Branlor Swift not saying Juggernaut would win but most of the little links you copied and pasted don't short Juggernaut being hurt by physical attacks. Some are clearly mental, Hulk used Celestial Tech to stop him. Because a character saying he could feel Juggernaut weakening doesn't make it so.

Also poor writing. His bio states he can't be fatigued or hurt by physical force. So if you see this happening you can only blame poor writing or a writer not knowing a characters powers.

But and Sutur on the Juggernauts best day Thor stated he felt 100 times more powerful than before. This is canon. This isn't up to debate. It was written on panel.

I don't know who Validus is but base on what you people say about him he would win. Yes they do. If it wasn't physical or blasts it would have been a shitload longer. Though at this stage it'd be pointless to show his tp defense failing. I guess a section to show how many times his helmet has been penetrated could be interesting though.
And you must have missed the point of the War Hulk one. It was in the section of "probably hurt". You know when he laid on the ground for pages?

When did his bio say that? Post the bio.
Irrelevant of course since we use comics first. And 20 plus examples where he's hurt carry more weight than a bio. Maybe the bio is poor writing. The bio that exists I guess.

And he is considered powered up in the 8th Day Saga. And even then he was hurt. Him saying hyperbole doesn't mean an actual number. But still he was powered up beyond his Classic form and was still hurt.

His forcefield has been outdone. His durability has been outdone. Nothing more needs to be said of that. Sure if they made a point to include him using it every showing he might be written better, or he might not be. He might be exactly the same. Candy and nuts.

Also you used two examples. And yes he did seem damaged from the Stranger. And Thor's "Odin blast" was his far and away best durability feat. And he got stopped there. Which as we all know his unstoppability is a lot more solid and actually a fact as opposed to "invulnerability".
Also according to the God Blast writer, Juggernaut isn't even close to invulnerable and it's all tied to his shield. So great examples to use to prove your point.

I think it's poor writing, but like you say, the inconsistency can be limited to the gem and has nothing to do with Juggernaut getting knocked out.

I don't think anyone would dare attack the Crotch of Cyttorak. There are just things you don't do, like punching a nun in church. You wait until she is outside the church before you punch her.

And he was shown that he still had the Gem within him anyway. While some history checking might not have been done, it was made more than clear that he wasn't weakened from being apart from it. The inconsistencies stem from prior stories, but they do not in any way point to a power downgrade.



And I'm not saying Juggernaut is some pussy ass *****. I'm just saying he is in no way invincible or even close. And his durability is in no way enough to account for a guy who was coma'ing PC Kryptonians. Whether it be 1 or 100 attacks, Juggernaut is sleep.
