All I remember is one scene from this film:
It was back in the mid to late 80's when I saw it on a channel like AMC, TNT, TBS. It may have been one of those 3 or 5 stories in one movie.
The scene is some guy with black hair in a turtleneck sweater and one of this fleece lined Marlboro men coats. He was driving at night. I think he stopped at some diner of sorts, Ate his meal and left the diner. Then someone came up from behind him and stabbed him in the back with a hunting knife. Then you see him laying in the whole and being buried. After that I have no idea what happen.
Anyone have any idea what it could have been. I have searched every book and site I can find and no one seems to know the scene or film I am talking about.
