Who wins and why?

In a prolonged battle the Fury would eventually lose to the IG. Since the IG's reserves are infinite.

Now more specifically, against classic IG, the Fury will always lose, because that IG truly had no weakness. (in the right hands)
But vs the retconned IG, the Fury stands a good chance imo, if it can force the IG out of its native reality.

The Fury's durability is ridiculous, and this is the reason it was able to last long enuff vs MJJ,
imo, this durability can buy it time to grab the IG wielder and bfr them out of their universe.

btw. The IG makes one "God" within its respective reality but MJJ was "God" too within his warp.
