Spider-Man solidly wins here. Good fights all, but Spidey wins just about every single one.

Black suit didn't amp Spidey in the comics. That's a 90's toon gimmick.

It gave him unlimited webbing right? . No physical upgrades though.

I get the argument that no upgrade besides infinite webbing and appearance alteration was initially seen in the early days, but isn't this just another example of something in one medium (in this case, STAS) catching on in every other medium (games, films, etc)? I was the under the impression that the limited abilities (and pretty much every initial explanation pertaining to the suit) were retconed given that we saw SpOck gain significant amps upon putting on the symbiote costume.

If it was last month I'd probably agree but Panther apparently can sneak up on Parker without his spider senses going off, so invisibility would make Panther lethal especially given it's companied with Teleportation.

How is that possible? The sneaking up part I mean. If he actually attacked Pete and Ss didn't go off I have to call PIS. But if he just snuck up on him without any ill intent then there's nothing wrong with that. Ss might not register BP as a threat because he wasn't. That has happened before with other friends/allies. However, that wouldn't be the case if they were fighting.

Spideysense doesn't detect people, it detects threats.

That's why teleportation/invisibility isn't particularly effective.
