Nightwing lost the first match and only survived because the Vulture heard police sirens nearby, thereby giving him reason to flee.

The Vulture is currently committing a bank robbery and Nightwing, arriving for a rematch, has yet again shown up to stop him. Fight takes place on a 30 story building's rooftop. Both are in character. Who wins?

which vulture? the old man? nightwing could probably take some, not sure about the majority though. the younger one? be tougher for nightwing.... vulture gets a little underrated. dude scraps h2h regularly with spidey and is fast enough to make it tough him pete. be an uphill battle for dick but i actually think this is a pretty cool match between 2 characters i like.

Depends on the version of the Vulture I guess. Last we saw him he was blinded but had Smythe's robot upgrades. Shortly before that he displayed some level of gravity manipulation by levitating a small water tower.

It depends on the Vulture version though, agree with that.
My rule of thumb in a no prep fight is, if Batman can beat the opponent, 6-7 times out of 10 so can NW.

Since he has a form of prep Nightwing can take this. However, after his appearence in Superior Spiderman, Vulture now has my respect. If it was random, I don't see how Grayson would beat him.
