Post-Skip Bellamy is probably too strong, he was able to fight post-skip Luffy better than his pre-version could take on pre-Luffy.


Lesse, Dragonforce Wendy would definitely beat pre-skip Bellamy. Hm, non-DF... she can still use her amping spells, and has a few attacks. Yea, by the time of the tournament she can beat him.
