Who wins?

In a strict duel, probably Lumiya.

Dooku has faced lightwhips before and disarmed them with ease, but they were being wielded by someone who had no experience with using one before. Then again, it's still Anakin.

Dooku's Lightning is going to be pretty painful for Lumiya, though, as will his telekinesis.

I actually meant to make it sabers only, guess I forgot to write it lol.

I give it either way. Lumiya might win cos of whip. But if Dooku lasts long enough, he can simply tire her up.

I am pretty sure Lumiya has good Force defenses. Otherwise Luke and Mara wouldn't be bothered to engage her in saber combat.

Lumiya takes sabers/whip, Dooku can win due to his force abilities imo assuming he doesn't die to her whip

That's just morals, and Jacen had a vision of ragdolling Lumiya. Granted, he's more powerful than Dooku, but Dooku's telekinesis is at least of aid, and Lumiya hasn't shown the defensive Force powers to hold out against Tyranus's Lightning.
