I have no idea what Falcon is capable of in pure H2H, in the old days he held his own against Grand Director and the other Bucky (Monroe I think) at the same time, but this was decades ago when Grand Director wasn't nearly as strong as he was when Brubaker wrote him, on top of that Grand Director isn't exactly known for having top notch fighting skills.
