He did. He's busted a nuclear sub, an island, and casually split Ayer's Rock in half. Also if we count Asura's Wrath, Akuma destroyed the moon fighting with Asura.

Oh, if you were asking me what counts in a canon sense, go for broke. Anything goes.

So Asura's Wrath is fine (How's the gameplay, btw? I keep passing up sales because of huge backlog, plus middling reviews..)

It's fun. Got a funky storyline, but fun. A majority of it is QTE style button mashing though.
