This comes down to drive, in which neither is lacking in any way.
Frankly i say they beat each other into submission and both collapse at the same time. Neither is likely to wield until they sense the other is about to fall.

I'd need to re-read Batman's fight with Bane, but for now, I'm picking Bruce. DD has been in a worse shape, imo.
