IF Quasar can manipulate his energies, Quasar. Otherwise, BM brutalizes him.

yeah, be interesting to see if quasar could absorb his power. i'm pretty sure he's come across anti-matter at some point though and i'd be surprised. i'd take bm for a large majority in this one.

Quasar can't match him physically, and I'm not sure he could directly absorb BM's antimatter, but yeah it's quite possible Q could mess with BM's powers, shut down his antimatter somehow.

As a last resort Q could go for BFR.
