What do you think will happen to darth maul after the Son of Dathomir comic?

Nothing good, I know that much...

What do you want to happen to Maul, ILS?

They might actually take the Legends way out and have him track Obi-Wan on Tatooine.

But really though.

Ehm.. ideally, he stops being a generic, cocky, annoying, loud Sith and goes back to his TPM roots character-wise, but this time his overconfidence in himself is tempered by wisdom and experience. So essentially, the same frightening demeanour and presence of TPM Maul but in the body and mind of a much older, wiser, and more calculating Maul.

Eh I don't see her as a Maul level opponent. But him fighting Obi-Wan on Tatooine seems like the obvious send off.

Kanan will probably kill him

Because Maul is such a dynamic character, I don't think the story group will kill him off that easily.

Replace Dynamic with popular and you're basically right.

But seriously. He's either going down to Obi or Vader. They could have him be killed by Ahsoka/Kanan to hype those two. Or he could just die sacrificing himself for something and being "redeemed" but that would be incredibly lame

Obi or Vader makes more sense and fits a lot better than Maul appearing in Rebels to be killed by Kanan or Ahsoka tbh.

I see Obi-Wan doing it honestly, it then makes it all come first circle from the duel on Naboo.

He gets killed by Jar-Jar due to *hilarious antics*.

I think it would be cool if sidious captured him somehow and kept him unconscious and warped his mind with the force to where he is extremely loyal and remembers nothing of his past life. Then sidious would make him one of his hands.

alot like the winter soldier from captain america as a matter of fact

Sidious already captured Maul.

He gets froze in carbonite. He gets unfroze later so Luke can fight him

Maul Just die in episode I. And that's kinda better. I was first happy to see him return and enjoy the show.. But after reflexion that's Darth Maul never die in episode one I mean Obiwan don't cut him in two.... Or he just die here...

Believe it or not, Lucas never planned to kill Maul in TCW even if the show went the full planned 8 seasons.

So they clearly have something big planned for him.
