Elektra gets her Sai & 2 swords
Bruce gets 2 swords & a belt full of standard batarangs (non-gimmicks)

Batman, better fighter and has mastered all weapons

Not sure what mastering, for example, an axe, would do for him here....

Batman mastered all weapons? He struggles against Ra's al ghoul in a sword fight.

All round more physical, better fighter, and then he gots more weapons.

You all severely overrate Batman as a fighter. Electra is a prodigy. Batman relies on his equipment and running.

Elektra is winning this.

I'll take Elektra for speed.
Elektra for ruthlessness.
Elektra for combat speed, reaction and agility.
Bats for strength and cunning, maybe cunning.
And since it doesn't say Strictly melee or h2h in the OP she also gets her TP.

Its not easy. but she can win every fight, hard fought.

Does anybody remembers the outcome of that Batman vs Zealot fight?

Were Zealot's hands full though?

Ras invented sword fight himself. Why is getting stalemated by him is a bad showing? Hercules stalemated Elektra in a sword fight.

Bullseye isn't Batman.

Elektra is no Zealot either.

Bruce wins.

Even though Batman is nerfed a bit in this match, no gadgets and standard tech, I still see him getting a bit more wins than loses in the end.

She can deflect individual bullets from semi-automatic gunfire with the tiny surface area of her Sais, if Batman wins it's not because he nails her with a relatively enormous and slow moving batarang. She is a legit, no questions asked bullet timer.

One would assume Batman to be better than bullets.
