Waits him out until the death of the universe when Ultron gets destroyed. Or anytime before then.

Besides him, I'd say a bloodlusted Shadowcat could take Ultron down.

Is Shadowcat's phasing different than Vision? Ultron has counters for Vision.

On the level of Jeffries? Haha no. Also Jeffries controls the molecules of the substances and he is one of the best technopaths on top of that. Ultron has been destroyed by less. Even machine man destroyed adamantium ultron but putting his hand down his throat and ripping apart his internal circuits.

I've said this before, and I'll say it again. Marvel should write a story where Madison gets a chance to merge with the Destroyer armor. I've always wanted to see the results of that.

No. I can't really see how they could make it a good story. He would be pretty darn powerful but that would be it

Actually we should clarify which Ultron from Annihilation Conquest are we using? He had like 3-4 different forms in that story.

Yeah I would like him to take more of a spotlight, but he is basically a background character now and their more using his genius intellect than his powers.

He apparently created Nimrod's and the Sentinel Army in Days of Future Past though.

I've always liked him, too. One of my favorite AF arcs were when the team was lost in space, and Jeffries was the actual space ship.

Off the top of my head Ultron has blocked Magneto, Extremis Tony, the Phalanx.

As to your later question, I'd say base body as the others don't really have feats.

Only magneto is on his level, but when did ultron resist him? Can't say I have seen that encounter. Issue?

^ Maybe he's referring to when AoU Ultron was withstanding Kang's army's assault which included Magneto in there.
