Which girl wins?

Blink is faster and can continuously maintain a distance to keep Kitty off her, and that is Kitty's only chance at doing damage. She can always pick up other things to throw at her since they are in a city. Sure Kitty can phase, but eventually it could wear her down or catch her off guard. Or Blink can just BFR her.

Its a tie lol

Eventually Kitty would win, might take a while, until exhaustion sets in, but eventually Blink will become more vulnerable.

Kitty has the experience edge, but it would come down to how the battle is fought. kitty loses if she attempts to rush in, and wins if she makes proper usage of her surroundings.

If the fight takes place in a city with lots of "cover" for Kitty to stealth around in, I don't see Blink - who if could fly would be more likely to survive - winning.
