If either one got the others powers how much of a power boost would it be would who would be the most powerful person could they beat, and who would utilize the others powers the best? Current Hulk and prime level Sinister.

Hulk with Sinister's powers will do better.

Sinister has an easier concept to grasp (angrier he gets etc), but he seems a pretty chilled guy.

Batman with Superman's power would beat him.

No, you nerfed Batman too bad.

Hulk/w Alpha level mutant powers would be awesome.
