I saw part of a horror movie a while back that seemed pretty cool, but be damned if I caught the name of it. The one scene I remember was of a girl, blonde I'm pretty sure tied to a table and skinned then beheaded. Brutal scene, but the FX were pretty awesome and I wanted to check the whole movie out, but didn't know the name. Any ideas all?
