Depends if you think their TK=Physical strength or Physical strength plays a part in their TK.

Sidious? 40lb lol Considering Sidious overpowered Maul and Opress, I think Sidious can bench much more than either of them.

Actually no as Sheev is a master of Tera's kasi an art used primarily by non force weilders to combat force weilders. Sheev is a master of this form. This allows non force weilders to close their minds off from force weilders and move incredibly fast and anticipate someone's strikes all without the need of the force. Sheev mastering this ability would have great unarmed skill with non force inbued martial arts.

We see the exact opposite of him minus the force amp moving around.

Considering this is the Expanded universe all of Star Wars is allowed. With that Darth Plagueis was a master of teras kasi. Sidious was Plagueis apprentice so he would train him in this form as I believe is staged in the Darth Plagueis novel. Darth Maul is also a practioner of this form and who was Darth mauls master? Darth Sidious. Look up teras kasi and you will find some practioner sand sources where it is used.
