artie may have more variety, but lightray has better top end stuff and of course has a ludicrous speed advantage over the doc. possible i guess that the doc could control lightray, but i'd say that was a remote chance.

no, i don't think he can become light, though he can use illusions iirc.... he mostly controls and absorbs it. i don't know that he can affect as wide a variety of EM energy though as the doc. but he does have some really high end showings that would put his power above light's--just too much for light to handle imo.

I think he can. Didn't Philo show this in a tournament? Light took down Superman, IIRC. Or temporarily did.

he's talking about lightray. light can assume an energy form, yes. and light did shoot down superman, but...that wouldn't happen often. at all. like almost never...

But it did and he did so casually. Dr. Light is also a match for the GLC.
