yikes, this is a toughie. aztec has some potential, but he really never lived up to any of it imo. in the megaddon arc he died and displayed some power in doing so, but he didn't do much while he was in his own book. strange battle. be shocked if it gets responses only because aztec is such a rare character. he showed a decent range of powers, but sue def has more feats to fall back on. potentially he'd be able to win, but i couldn't really give him the win here because of a dearth of feats.

Probably Sue due simply to experience.

Aztek did virtually nothing in his time in the JLA(unless you count what Azteka did). And I can't recall anything major in his own series, and I believe until Morrison's last run in JLA, those were his only appearances. Really, the only way I can see him taking her down would be to "open the floodgates" or whatever the term was for the 4D energy. Which would be a suicide attack, as shown by Azteka in ROCK OF AGES and when he attacked Mageddon in WORLD WAR III.
