Strength alone won't take down SM. His healing is too good.

It's likely his fear powers wouldn't work on anyone but Shaggyman.

The original Shaggy Man was just like Doomsday. I doubt it would work on him. He had no emotions.

The OP said Shaggy Man, not General, dummy. Plus the CURRENT SM is just the same as the original in terms of not having any emotions.
