To those that use Windows 10, is there a pop up blocker I can use? Also I prefer it to be free

Haven't tried it myself, as I strictly use Firefox and Adblock Plus.

I would suggest the uBlock Origin extension from the Chrome Web Store. Also installs fine on Microsoft Edge.

Adblock Plus is decent, but uBlock Origin is superior.

Its CPU and memory efficiency are unrivaled.
