Neron. Blackheart is kickass in the Marvel vs Capcom and Marvel vs Street Fighter games, but in the comics he's been embarrassed by the likes of Wolverine and Daredevil. He's one apple that fell way off the tree.

Blackheart is what Hellraiser turns into when he swallows a Rastafarian.

both are too inconsistent to pick a winner neron can defeat all of DC (bar a plot device - underworld unleashed) and go toe to toe with Spectre (day of Judgement) and yet loses to lady Blaze (reign in hell).

Neither IMHO deserve props based on histories.

He's also been beaten by the likes of Punisher when he was with Ghost Rider & Wolvie.
