By 'Emperor Superman', do you just mean 'Injustice Superman'?

Also whats up with the heat vision or whatever coming out of his eyes..floating up into the air? I've seen drawings of his eyes glowing, but this looks weird.

I don't think that's heat vision, it's likely the heat from his eyes mixing with the oxygen in the air and turning it into a mist like vapor.

Also is it just me or does Hyperion look kind of like Kurt Angle?
