General in original Shaggy Man's body vs V&V Despero. No TP.

Despero. General might have the advantage on the physical department but he gets the boot on he rest. IMO

If Eiling can be KOed with mental attack, which Id imagine he could be, then Despero takes this, but if the Shaggy Man body is immune to mental attacks, then The General will eventually win out in the end, after a very long hard fight.
