Bruce beats the living piss out of him

At the very best, Chris might be stronger (although I doubt it) due to his high end boulder feat, although Bruce hits much much harder as he was able to kick someone back some 30+ feet

Aside that, Bruce is massively faster and more skilled and would tear Redfield apart in close quarters, and at range Batman has already dodged gunfire from Deadshot, Chris won't be able to tag him with gun fire.
