Who wins?

Good fight. Both snake and storm are martial arts experts and the arashikage style should throw team 1. They both also have tp resistance feats that should help against X.

Snake and Shadow have some mystical ninja abilities in some versions. Those versions can take this easy.

The ninja twins have also taken down transformers, and Snake Eyes once killed 3 other Arashikage ninjas so quickly they didn't know they were dead. They literally froze where they were standing and he left them to burn.
